Kyiv Oblast Administration explains what caused this morning's explosions

A critical infrastructure facility caught fire and was the source of explosions that rang out in Kyiv and Kyiv Oblast in the early hours of 14 January.

Details: Preliminary reports indicate there are no casualties.

Previously:  Lieutenant General Oleksandr Pavliuk, Deputy Commander of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, earlier said that explosions that Kyiv residents heard in the early hours of 14 January were not related to any military activity.
