Occupiers check Kherson Oblast citizens' places of residence
In the occupied areas of Kherson Oblast, the Russians are checking citizens’ places of residence under the guise of an electricity saving program.

Quote: "The enemy is strengthening the control of the civilian population in the temporarily occupied territories of Kherson Oblast.
In particular, they are trying to create a database of places of residence of civilians, threatening to cut off electricity.
Under the guise of implementing the ‘electricity saving program’, the so-called ‘authorities’ take coercive measures for citizens to sign the ‘act of confirmation of the citizen's actual place of residence’".
