Units of Russian forces are remaining in the city of Nova Kakhovka in Kherson Oblast, in southern Ukraine.

Details: Around 18:00 on the evening of Thursday, 23 March, the General Staff reported that "as of 22 March, all units of the occupation army stationed in the settlement of Nova Kakhovka in Kherson Oblast have left the city".
An hour and a half later, the General Staff refuted this statement.
Quote: "The occupiers still remain in Nova Kakhovka. Information about their alleged retreat from this settlement was shared as a result of an incorrect interpretation of the existing data."
