As of 09:27 on 13 June, reports indicate that there are 4 dead and 25 wounded from the overnight attack on Kryvyi Rih in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast.

Search and rescue operations are continuing at a damaged private business. They are still looking for people who may be trapped under the rubble, Lysak said.

The Office of the Prosecutor General reported that four people had been killed according to preliminary information received, and 25 more had sustained multiple injuries as a result of the attack.

Apartment buildings and private houses, a private company, a car company and cars suffered significant damage.

During the inspection of the scene, fragments of missiles, the type of which is being established, were found (The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has reported that the Russians used Kh-101/Kh-555 cruise missiles during the night).

Search and rescue operations continue. The exact number of fatalities and casualties is being established.

Under the procedural leadership of the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation was launched in criminal proceedings with respect to violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with premeditated murder (Art. 438.2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

Background: The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation carried out a missile attack on the city of Kryvyi Rih on the night of 12-13 June 2023. Earlier, three deaths were reported, but there are still people under the rubble.
