12-year-old Iryna Hubarieva has been found dead on the Russian-occupied territory in the village of Respublika, Donetsk Oblast, and the Russian military is suspected of murdering her.

After the search, the girl was found dead in the village of Respublika, which is almost 30 kilometres from Manhush.

Quote: "According to one of the lines of enquiry, the girl was hit by a Russian soldier who was driving a car. He put the body in the car and took it to the field, where it was found [later]. There is no official information from the invaders yet."

Details: At the same time, Andriushchenko drew attention to the fact that not far from Respublika, there are several large areas where the occupiers are concentrated.

Quote: "Therefore, the version of "hit and taken away to bury the body" is, to say the least, absurd. All other versions are much closer to reality," he wrote.

The Russian Telegram channel Astra reported that in the guidance published by local media, it is said that "servicemen are suspected to be involved in her disappearance", and a military truck was also wanted.

Quote: "All this time, local media outlets that cooperate with the occupation authorities published different lines of enquiry, in particular, that the seventh-grader could have been raped by the military...

Today (4 July – ed.), one of the Mariupol-based pro-Russian bloggers said that Iryna was found dead. Presumably, near the village of Respublika, where the Russian military is stationed. According to his version, the girl was allegedly hit by a soldier, who got frightened, hid the body in the car and took it to the field, where it was found. He urged 'not to embellish' the story.

ASTRA got through to the girl's mother by phone. She confirmed that Ira was dead, but flatly refused to provide any details. The local emergency department also refused to comment on the event."
