Russians claim UAV attack on Moscow and Crimea

The Russian Defence Ministry has claimed that their air defence forces downed drones in occupied Crimea and the aggressor country's capital, Moscow.

Details: The Russian MoD claimed that its on-duty air defence systems shot down "two Ukrainian aircraft-type unmanned aerial vehicles off the west coast of Crimean Peninsula".

A drone of a similar type was also supposedly shot down "over the territory of the Istra district of Moscow Oblast".

Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin alleged that early reports indicate no damage or injuries at the UAV crash site. "Emergency services are working at the scene," he added.
