Russians disrupt heating season in temporarily occupied territories in Ukraine's east
The National Resistance Center (NRC) says the Russian occupiers are unable to start the heating season in the temporarily occupied territories (TOT) of Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts.

Quote: "As the National Resistance Center has learned from the local Resistance, the freshwater supply to the TOT of eastern Ukraine is about 50% of the minimum requirement.
Thus, the district heating systems of residential buildings in the TOT may not receive enough fresh water for the heating season."
Details: The lack of fresh water, the Resistance adds, renders it impossible to restore production processes at the captured facilities on the TOT as has been claimed by Russian propagandists.
