Russian occupying authorities claim likely underwater attack on Sevastopol, Crimea

Some social media outlets have reported explosions and gunfire in Sevastopol, Russian-occupied Crimea, on the night of 23-24 October, whereas the Russian occupying authorities have claimed a possible "underwater attack".

Quote from Razvozhayev: "Loud noises have been heard on the outer roadstead as the Black Sea Fleet is repelling a possible attack by enemy [Ukrainian – ed.] underwater sabotage forces and assets."

Details: The Crimean Wind reported loud explosions in Sevastopol at 03:35 and 03:40.

The Telegram channel also mentioned the sounds of gunfire.

The Crimean Wind also noted that "Russian air defence was supposedly trying to shoot down a drone over Sevastopol".
