The Russian occupiers once again attacked Kharkiv Oblast on the night of 16 November.

Details: Immediately after midnight, the Air Force issued an air-raid warning due to a missile threat in Donetsk and Kharkiv oblasts.

Monitoring sites reported a series of explosions in Kharkiv.
