Russia claims Ukrainian UAVs attacked 4 Russian oblasts

The Russian Defence Ministry has stated that their air defence system downed three drones over the territory of Rostov, Tula and Kaluga oblasts on the night of 10-11 January.

Quote: "An attempt by the Kyiv regime to conduct a terrorist attack using aircraft-type UAVs against targets in Russia was prevented on 11 January, at around 04:30 Moscow time."

Details: The Russian Defence Ministry said their air defence systems intercepted three allegedly Ukrainian UAVs over the territory of Rostov, Tula and Kaluga oblasts.

Updated: Aleksandr Gusev, the governor of Voronezh Oblast, later said that a "Ukrainian UAV damaged the roof of a non-residential building in one of the oblast’s municipalities".

He added that there were no casualties and the UAV had not caused a fire.

At the same time, Gusev said that emergency response services had been deployed to the scene and he was "personally" monitoring the situation.
