Quote from Terekhov: "Kharkiv is under missile attack. Several explosions have already been heard in the city."

Details: An air-raid warning was issued in the oblast.

The Ukrainian Air Force warned of the threat of the use of ballistic weapons in Kharkiv Oblast.

Update: Later, Syniehubov reported that the Russians had launched 2 strikes on Kharkiv, presumably using S-300 missiles.

Hits were also recorded in Vovchansk hromada [a hromada is an administrative unit designating a town, village or several villages and their adjacent territories – ed.].

"Specialised services continue to inspect the areas. Currently, there are no casualties," Syniehubov wrote. Terekhov added that "the attack was close to residential houses in one of the city's districts." Early reports indicate no damage or casualties.

A social infrastructure building was hit in Vovchansk hromada, Head of the Vovchansk Military Administration, Tamaz Gambarashvili, told Suspilne Kharkiv. There is no information about the dead and wounded.
