Details: The drones have been ordered as part of the Drone Dominance programme.
Drone Dominance is a US$1 billion US Department of Defense programme to procure small strike drones over the next two years.
By 2027, the US plans to procure more than 200,000 drones under the programme.
The Ukrainian company ranks second among participants in the first stage of the programme in terms of the size of its additional order.
The additional F10 order must be fulfilled by the end of November.
F-Drones expects to receive its Ukrainian export permit in time to fulfil the contract on schedule.
Militarnyi notes that F-Drones has sufficient production capacity to fulfil additional orders without affecting deliveries of drones to the front line.
The F10 became the first Ukrainian drone to receive official authorisation for export to the US.
The first batch of 2,000 drones ordered by the US military under the Drone Dominance programme was shipped to the Pentagon in July.
F-Drones is represented in the US market by UDD Tech Corp.
