Explosions were heard from near the airfield in Lutsk. Three airstrikes were carried out on Dnipro.

Polischuk stated: "Explosions in the vicinity of the airfield. Everyone take shelter! Don’t publish any photos, addresses, or coordinates!"

Details: Eyewitnesses report four explosions, likely near the Motor factory. Black smoke was seen in residential neighbourhoods.

Due to the explosions, the city’s heating providers temporarily suspended the operation of two boilers on Karbysheva and Artseulova streets. The boilers’ operation will be restored after the situation stabilises.

Later, the Volyn Regional State Administration added that, according to preliminary information, there were no casualties as a result of the explosions at the airfield near Lutsk. The fire is currently being extinguished.

Update: In the Novokodatsky neighbourhood of the city of Dnipro there were three air strikes: near a kindergarten and near an apartment building. The Russians also hit a shoe factory, which caught fire. According to preliminary information, 1 person died.
