General Staff: Ongoing risk of Belarusian troops entering the war in Ukraine

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine report that the likelihood that the Belarusian army will become directly involved in the war against Ukraine remains high.

According to the General Staff: "The aggressor did not conduct offensive operations on the Volyn front. The military leadership of the Republic of Belarus has strengthened protection of the border with Ukraine.
"There is a high probability of direct involvement of the armed forces of the Republic of Belarus in the military operation against Ukraine.
"Air reconnaissance of objects on the territory of Ukraine is being carried out with the help of UAVs, probably from within the territory of the Republic of Belarus."
Background: On 12 March, Russian troops made unsuccessful attempts to attack Kryvyi Rih and suffered heavy losses.
