Moskalkova's quote: "For each person [Ukrainian soldier] taken prisoner, let’s say, there is a special card written in his handwriting, so one can be sure that the person is alive and he wrote this card, and [these cards] have been passed to the Red Cross today. More than 500 such cards have been filled in by our side and handed over to the Red Cross. These are the Ukrainian prisoners we are ready to exchange."

Details: Tatiana Moskalkova has clarified that this interaction with the Red Cross goes via the "Russian branch of the organisation."

Moskalkova's quote: "Enough deaths, enough malice, enough blood – all this is enough for us and our children."
