Luhansk Region: Rubizhne shelled this morning, leaving dead and injured

The Russians have shelled Rubizhne in the Luhansk region again this morning, damaging one house, killing at least one person and injuring another.

According to Haidai: "Unfortunate news from this morning - the Russians have shelled Rubizhne again. A residential building has been damaged, the body of one casualty has been found, and an injured person has been taken by ambulance to hospital. The number of casualties is still being ascertained."
Background: On the previous day, 155 Ukrainian citizens were rescued from a shelter under the ruins of a bakery and from a shelter at school No. 5 in Rubizhne. They also managed to evacuate 513 people from the towns of Rubizhne, Lysychansk, Severodonetsk and Popasna to Bakhmut on Sunday (27 March).
Towns in the Luhansk region have been constantly subjected to shelling and equally devastating fires.
