Details: The governor noted that a state of emergency had been declared in the village earlier, and people had been evacuated.

Earlier on Thursday, Gladkov also alleged that there was "shelling" of the village of Spodaryushino, Grayvoron city district, by Ukraine.

He said that there were no casualties among the civilians, and no destruction of housing and social facilities.

"To ensure their safety, residents were temporarily evacuated from the villages of Bezimeno and Spodaryushino," the governor said.

Background: On Thursday, Russia claimed that Ukraine allegedly shelled the Klimovsk district of the Bryansk region; no one was killed.

The National Security and Defence Council of Ukraine later issued a statement saying that Russia's special services had begun implementing a plan to carry out terrorist attacks on its territory to fuel anti-Ukrainian hysteria.

Russia's military leadership is threatening to launch missile strikes on Kyiv if Ukrainians do not stop their alleged sabotage of Russia.
