In Mariupol, Russians are refusing to create a corridor to allow civilians to leave for Berdiansk.

We continue difficult negotiations to open humanitarian corridors in the Kherson and Kharkiv regions."

Background: There were likewise no humanitarian corridors on 17 and 18 April; on 16 April, 9 evacuation routes were agreed upon.
