Sievierodonetsk is completely without electricity due to Russian troops hitting a high-voltage line, said the head of the regional state administration Serhii Haidai.

The Ruscists [Russian soldiers] have ruined the high-voltage line. Mobile connections are also impaired now. "
Details: Haidai promised not to report on repairs so that the Russians would not hit there [on objects being repaired].
Background: Electricity, gas and water supplies will not be restored in the cities of Popasna, Rubizhne and other parts of the villages of Luhansk region until the war is over, Haidai said.
