Russia has already lost 22,400 troops, 939 tanks and 185 aircraft in Ukraine

The Russian occupiers continue to suffer losses in the invaders’ war in Ukraine: they have already lost 22,400 soldiers, 939 tanks and 185 aircraft.

Details: Total combat losses of the Russian forces between 24 February and 27 April 2022 comprise approximately: (Figures in brackets indicate new losses since yesterday’s total.)

  • about 22,400 military personnel (+300);
  • 931 tanks (+21 units);
  • 2,342 armoured combat vehicles (+34 units);
  • 421 artillery systems (+5 units);
  • 149 multiple rocket launchers;
  • 71 units of air defence equipment (+2 units);
  • 185 planes (+1);
  • 155 helicopters (+1);
  • 1,666 automotive equipment (+23);
  • 8 ships/speedboats;
  • 76 fuel tanks;
  • 207 operational-tactical UAVs (+2);
  • 31 units of special equipment
  • 4 operational-tactical missile complexes

The General Staff added that the biggest losses sustained by the invaders over the past day were in the Kurakhove and Izyum fronts.
