Details: Haidai said that according to an eye-witness on the first bus, volunteers were going to Popasna to pick people up. At that moment, a sabotage and reconnaissance group approached them and opened fire with a grenade launcher. The first shot missed the target, the second struck it. The bus was hit. There was blood inside the bus, but no bodies.

The second bus, a "school" bus, which was taking humanitarian aid to Popasna and was supposed to pick people up, has disappeared. There is no [phone] connection with the driver. He could turn out to be in Russian-occupied territory.

Haidai also said that there are people in shelters in Popasna. Some people can no longer leave: it is not possible to reach them due to active fighting in the city. Attacks and attempts to take the settlement are ongoing.

Meanwhile, the head of the region wrote that on Saturday 35 residents were evacuated from Lysychansk, including children, and five from Sievierodonetsk.

Quote: "Despite the increased risks, we carry out evacuations every day. Yesterday we lost two buses in Popasna. We lost another one recently in Rubizhne. But it is more important to take as many compatriots as possible to safe regions of the country. Every life saved from "Russian World" is a separate small victory over death.

We are trying to save everyone who can still be reached by transport. There are also parents with children in the Luhansk region who would like their children to be able to resume their studies soon. But for some reason adults are not in a hurry to evacuate.

Four children from Lysychansk were rescued today. A total of 40 people already left for other regions on 30 April. Evacuation continues "

Details: On 30 April, an evacuation was announced for the residents of Rubizhne, Lysychansk, Sievierodonetsk, Hirske and Popasna. And the residents of Kreminna were asked not to try to escape on their own because of the danger.
