According to Senkevych: "Friends, Russian troops carried several missile strikes on our city in the early morning. We are gathering information."

Details: Mykolayiv Mayor called on local residents to refrain from publishing photos or videos of the attack ahead of any official sources.

"If you want to share information [about the incident] – send me a private message on Facebook," Senkevych added.

Air-raid alerts were declared in the Mykolayiv region between 00:07 and 00:29, and between 07:33 and 07:55 on the morning of 4 April.

Earlier: On the night of 3-4 April, Russian forces carried out a missile strike on a facility in Odesa.

Russian troops have already carried out two missile attacks on the city of Mykolayiv: on the morning of 29 March, when they struck the regional state administration building (killing 36 and wounding over 30) and on the afternoon of 3 April, when they struck an undisclosed facility (killing 1 and wounding 11).

Attempts to land Russian troops near Odesa from the sea have failed, while in Mykolayiv an attempted breakthrough in the ground operation has not succeeded, so the troops of the Russian Federation are now attacking these cities with missiles.
