Details: Haidai said that the Russian assault on Sievierodonetsk has been unsuccessful: Russian troops suffered losses and retreated.

More than 60 houses were damaged or destroyed across Luhansk Oblast on 19 May, including 12 in Lysychansk, 14 in Novodruzhesk, and 17 in Pryvillia.

Quote from Haidai: "Houses are being destroyed and burned out, entire streets of them in some places. For example, 5 houses in a row in Nyrkove, 6 in Zolote, 3 in Vrubivka, and 3 in Rubizhne. It is impossible to estimate the extent of the damage in Toshkivka where hostilities are ongoing."

Oleksandr Striuk, Head of the Sievierodonetsk Military-Civil Administration, noted that the Russians are shelling the city very densely and powerfully, while up to 15,000 people still remain in bomb shelters in Sievierodonetsk.

Wells in the old districts of the city have been reactivated to provide people with water, and water is also being delivered to various districts of the city.

The city has been without electricity for almost a week, and all mobile towers are without power - there is no mobile communication and no Internet.

At the same time, the city has a small supply of basic medicines.

According to Striuk, currently 70% of high-rise buildings in Sievierodonetsk have been destroyed or damaged, many of which will need to be demolished and rebuilt.
