Quote: "The ruscists have intensified their artillery fire and airstrikes. The Russians are exerting heavy fire on the industrial district of Sievierodonetsk and the city’s outskirts. Likewise, near Toshkivka and Ustynivka, where the orcs [i.e., Russian troops - ed.] want to break through and where they have gathered a large amount of military equipment in order to achieve it.

Fighting continues in many villages around Sievierodonetsk and Lysychansk. Unfortunately, at present we do not control Metiolkine near the administrative centre [i.e., Sievierodonetsk - ed.]."

Details: According to Haidai, Russian occupying forces continue to rely on their "creeping" tactics, destroying Luhansk Oblast with all the weapons at their disposal.

The head of the Luhansk Oblast Military Administration also reported that "silent" evacuation from Lysychansk is currently underway, organised with the help of the military administration staff, police officers, rescuers, and volunteers.

Ukrainian troops use armoured combat vehicles to evacuate civilians from towns and villages where active hostilities are taking place.

Earlier: The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that Russian forces saw some success in Metiolkine on the evening of 18 June.
