The dream of collaborator Stremousov: annexation of Kherson Oblast by year’s end

Collaborator Kirill Stremousov hopes Ukraine’s Kherson Oblast will be illegally annexed to the Russian Federation by the end of the year.

Details: The Russian occupiers call Kirill Stremousov "deputy head of the military-civilian administration" of Kherson Oblast. 

According to Stremousov, "Kherson Oblast expects to become one of the subjects of the Russian Federation by the end of this year."

Before this, allegedly, "a referendum will be held."

In April, Stremousov said that "no referendums are planned."
