Details: Following a visit to the fields of Mykolaiv Oblast, Kim announced that farmers will be allowed to use agricultural equipment even during the curfew. He said that an appropriate order will be issued in due course.
Meanwhile, the city of Mykolaiv was attacked by Russian cruise missiles, according to local news publications.
