Rocket shelling of Kropyvnytskyi: 5 dead and many injured

As of 15:00, there are 5 dead and 25 injured after a missile strike on Kropyvnytskyi. 

Source: "Suspilne" and local publication "Hrechka" with reference to a statement from the head of the Kirovohrad Oblast State Administration (Oblast Military Administration), Andrii Raikovych, during a briefing.   

Quote: "There are 25 wounded: 12 soldiers and 13 civilians are in hospital. Their injuries are not critical." 

Details: According to Raikovych, the missiles hit the hangars of the flight academy and the URGA aviation company. Aircraft equipment and nearby buildings were damaged including training aircraft and a civilian Antonov An-26 turboprop plane. 

Background: Explosions rang out in the city of Kropyvnytskyi at noon on 28 July. Local authorities confirmed there was a missile strike.
