YouTube and Instagram disabled in Kherson Oblast – Collaborator

The YouTube video service and the social network Instagram have been disabled in Kherson Oblast.

Quote: "We had YouTube disabled a few days ago. So you can watch it, you just need to go through the VPN. And so, of course, we are now without YouTube, without Instagram. Well, it is no big deal, we manage somehow, it’s OK."

Details: Instagram belongs to Meta Corporation, which is recognised as extremist in Russia.

Background: Earlier Instagram and Facebook had been blocked in Luhansk Oblast.
