Russian occupational authorities are conducting new searches of Crimean activists

On 11 August, searches of activists’ homes were conducted in the city of Dzhankoy and the Dzhankoy district of Russian-occupied Crimea.

Details: At least six searches in the Dzhankoy district of Crimea have been recorded.

Russian occupying authorities ordered searches of the houses of Vilen Temeryanov (Vilne village), and "Crimean Solidarity" journalist and activist Enver Krosh (Blizhnehorodskoe village).

After the searches, the activists were taken in an unknown direction. Russian security forces prohibited the filming of anything near Krosh's house. Occupiers also went to the house of Temeryanov's mother.

Seitaya Abbozov (Dzhankoy town) and Murat Mustafayev (Myrnivka village) were also searched. They were also taken away after searches.

Occupiers also searched the house of Edem Bekirov (Ozerne village) and the house of Rinat Aliyev (Timofiivka village). Bekirov was also taken away by security forces.
