Quote from Sienkevych: "Just a few days ago, I published a video and showed that there is no military base there, and that ordinary university specialists are working there: accepting applicants' documents, signing student leaving forms, and issuing diplomas.

And last night, two Russian missiles arrived there. These are real terrorists who, hiding behind their propaganda, continue to cynically destroy our educational institutions."

Details: The mayor said that only the security guard was inside the university at the time of the shelling and he was not injured.

Shrapnel and the shock wave damaged houses opposite the institution.

Sienkevych added that everyone who needs it will be given window film and Oriented Strand Boards free of charge.

As of 08:00, utility workers are clearing the area near the university to clear a passageway for vehicles.
