Russia hits three neighbourhoods in Kharkiv, causing a fire

Blasts rocked the city of Kharkiv during an air-raid.

Details: At first, reports indicated that blasts rocked the city. Later, the air-raid sirens were sounded.

Terekhov reported that the Kyivskyi, Osnovianskyi and Nemyshlianskyi neighbourhoods of Kharkiv were hit.

A residential building was hit in one of the neighbourhoods. An infrastructure facility has also been struck, causing a fire to break out.
