Zelenskyy does not reveal Ukraine’s plans but promises to drive occupiers out

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Ukraine’s defenders will drive out the Russian occupiers, but the exact plans of the Armed Forces of Ukraine will remain secret. Meanwhile, time is ripe for the Russian soldiers to flee or surrender, he added.

Quote from Zelenskyy: "Anyone wanting to know what our plans are won't hear any specifics from anyone who is truly responsible. Because this is war. And this is how it is during the war.

But one thing the occupiers should know is that we will drive them out till they’re outside of our borders. Our borders, the contours of which remain the same as before. The invaders know it well.

If they want to survive, it is time for the Russian military to flee. Go home. If you are afraid to return to your home in Russia – well, those occupiers can surrender, and we will guarantee that [Ukraine] will comply with all norms of the Geneva Conventions."

Details: Zelenskyy warned that if the Russian occupiers ignore his call, they will have to "deal with our defenders, who will not stop until they liberate every corner of Ukraine."

The President added that this war, which began with Russia's occupation of Crimea and an attempt to seize Donbas, must end with the liberation of those territories.
