Quote from Krokhmal: "Kupiansk is divided in two parts by the Oskil River. Today, on the right bank, where the city centre is located, the situation is not easy, but it is already controlled by our military.

As for the left bank, there are still some small issues. The clean-up [operation] will continue.

In the morning, the city’s right bank was shelled; they just fired at civilians. There was some shooting from anti-aircraft [missile] systems."

Details: He stressed that the amount of casualties and destruction is still being ascertained.
