We see a lot of people on the streets, a lot of cars. We are asking people to go to shelters, to remember that they are responsible for their own safety."
Details: Kyiv Mayor Vitalii Klychko reported that there is an ongoing threat of new strikes, so all municipal services are operating in emergency mode. They promptly respond to the developing situation and address the effects of Russian attacks.
Quote from Klychko: "Underground metro stations are working as shelters. Metro traffic has been suspended. Bring warm clothes, water, food, and mobile phone chargers to shelters with you. Do not enter the city yet."
