Measures continue to be taken to detect and destroy the enemy in a number of settlements. For security reasons, the results of this operation will be officially published later.

The enemy is focusing efforts on restraining the actions of the defence forces on various fronts, and improving the fortifications of defence frontiers on the left bank of the Dnipro River and in the north of temporarily occupied Crimea."

Details: At the same time, the Russian army is conducting offensive operations on the Bakhmut, Avdiivka and Novopavlivka fronts.

Previously: On 11 November, Russia’s Ministry of Defence claimed that all occupying forces had left Kherson and crossed to the left bank of the Dnipro River without suffering any losses; however, the Ukrainian government is aware that there are still Russian soldiers in civilian clothes in the oblast centre (Kherson).

Ukrainian defenders started entering Kherson on the afternoon of 11 November, and a Ukrainian flag was raised over the building of the Main Police Department. People went out into the streets to meet the Ukrainian soldiers in the centre of Kherson.
