One person dead and dozens injured in missile attack on Kyiv Oblast

On 23 November, Russian missiles hit a residential area and several critical infrastructural facilities in Kyiv Oblast; at least 20 people were injured and one person was killed.

Update: Oleksii Kuleba, Head of the Kyiv Oblast Military Administration, has reported casualties among the civilian population. Emergency services and medics are already providing assistance.

The whole of Kyiv Oblast has been cut off from the grid.

Kyrylo Tymoshenko, Deputy Head of the President’s Office, also reported that a residential building in Kyiv Oblast had been hit. 

Updated at 15:55: Andrii Nebytov, Chief of the National Police in Kyiv Oblast, reported on the national joint 24/7 newscast that one person has been killed in Kyiv Oblast. 20 people have been injured, eight of them seriously.

Background: At least three people have been killed in a Russian missile attack on Kyiv on the afternoon of 23 November.
