Russian occupation forces ramp up searches among Skadovsk residents – General Staff report

Russian occupation forces have ramped up counter-sabotage and policing measures on the temporarily occupied territory of the Skadovsk district of Kherson Oblast.

Details: Over the course of the past 24 hours, Russian forces have carried out 2 air strikes and 16 attacks using multiple-launch rocket systems (MLRS) on the positions of Ukrainian Armed Forces and on civilian targets.

There were no changes on the Volyn and Polissia fronts. There is no evidence that Russia is forming additional units to launch a new offensive.

Russian forces are continuing to carry out tasks to cover the Russian-Ukrainian border in Bryansk and Kursk oblasts (Russia) on the Sivershchyna front and are conducting demonstrative actions and provocations. They deployed artillery to shell areas in the vicinity of Hai, Khrinivka and Yasna Poliana (Chernihiv Oblast) and Basivka and Seredyna-Buda (Sumy Oblast).

On the Slobozhanshchyna front, near the Russian-Ukrainian border in Belgorod Oblast (Russia) Russian forces deployed mortars and tubed and rocket artillery to attack areas in and around the settlements of Huriv, Strilecha, Lyptsi, Zelene, Starytsia, Ohirtseve, Fyholivka and Dvorichna (Kharkiv Oblast). The Russians deployed an attack drone in the vicinity of Zelene.

On the Kupiansk and Lyman fronts, Russian forces fired on areas in and around Berestove,  Andriivka, Kurylivka, Kupiansk and Kyslivka (Kharkiv Oblast); Makiivka and Ploshchanka (Luhansk Oblast); and Yampolivka and Toretsk (Donetsk Oblast).

On the Bakhmut and Avdiivka fronts, the Russians are focusing their efforts on conducting an offensive. They fired on areas in and around Bilohorivka, Soledar, Bakhmutske, Bakhmut, Niu-York, Berdychi, Avdiivka, Opytne, Marinka and Krasnohorivka (Donetsk Oblast). Russian aircraft carried out airstrikes near Spirne, Nevelske and Kamianka.

Russian forces are holding the line on the Novopavlivka and Zaporizhzhia fronts. They fired on areas in the vicinity of Oleksandropil, Novobakhmutivka, Velyka Novosilka, Vuhledar, Vremivka and Zolota Nyva (Donetsk Oblast); Zelenyi Hai, Dorozhnianka, Orikhiv, Shcherbaky and Kamianske (Zaporizhzhia Oblast).

Russian forces are reinforcing their defences and improving the ground lines of communication on the Kryvyi Rih and Kherson fronts. They deployed artillery of various calibres to shell Prydniprovske (Dnipropetrovsk Oblast); Mykhailivka, Kachkarivka, Mylove, Zmiivka, Ivanivka, Antonivka, Chornobaivka and the city of Kherson (Kherson Oblast).

In the past 24 hours, Ukraine’s aircraft have carried out 12 air strikes on clusters of Russian personnel, weapons and equipment and another 2 on Russian anti-aircraft missile systems.
