Russians hit energy facility near Kharkiv second time, injure 8 clean-up workers
Eight clean-up crew workers, who were eliminating the consequences of the previous Russian missile attack, have been injured in the second attack targeting an energy infrastructure facility in the Kharkiv district.

Details: According to Suniehubov, all injured have been taken to the hospital, two are in severe condition.
Suniehubov also said that emergency power outages have been introduced in the city of Kharkiv and Kharkiv Oblast as a result of the morning attacks on the critical infrastructure. Up to 150,000 consumers are being disconnected from the electricity supply at the same time.
Russians attacked the settlements of the oblast during the day. In particular, Kupiansk and Vovchansk came under fire. In the last accident, a 69-year-old woman was injured and hospitalised. Doctors provide her with the necessary help.
