The invaders' "wave" offensives, despite the enormous losses, have yielded results."

Details: The occupiers claimed that the reserves of the Armed Forces of Ukraine – a large number of infantry and several units of armoured vehicles – had allegedly moved into Piatykhatky.

The collaborator also complains that if Ukraine gains a foothold in Piatykhatky, it will try to strike in the direction of Zherebianka, which will lead to an offensive by the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Vasylivka.

As of noon on 18 June, the Armed Forces reported no progress in Piatykhatky.

Update: Later, the Russian Defence Ministry stated that the alleged attack of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Piatykhatky was repelled by Russian invaders.

"The attack on the settlement of Piatykhatky was repelled. More than a dozen tanks, armoured combat vehicles and the manpower of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were destroyed," said Oleg Chekhov, Head of the press centre of the Vostok group of Russian troops.
