Explosions ring out near local leader's "administration" in occupied Donetsk

Russian media and users of social media have reported explosions in temporarily occupied Donetsk.

Details: RIA Novosti reported that explosions rang out near the building of the so-called "administration of the head of the DPR" in the city centre.

A Russian correspondent said there had been at least one strike on the building.

The propagandists said the building had suffered "minor damage".
