Russians' combat activity decreases on Avdiivka front

Colonel Oleksandr Shtupun, spokesman for the joint press centre of the Tavriia front Defence Forces, has said that the intensity of Russian troops’ attacks near Avdiivka has somewhat decreased, although they continue to "move forward".

Details: Shtupun said that Russia had launched 1 missile strike and 24 airstrikes on the entire Tavriia front [during the day of 20 October – ed.], and most of them were aerial guided bombs dropped on the Avdiivka front.

Background: Meanwhile, the Institute for the Study of War noted that on 20 October, Russian troops resumed their offensive on the Avdiivka front and made little progress.
