Air-raid warning in effect across Ukraine for 90 minutes due to take-off of fighter jet in Russia

A MiG-31K fighter jet capable of carrying Kinzhal hypersonic missiles took off in Russia on the morning of 30 December. As a result, an air-raid warning was issued in all oblasts of Ukraine.

Quote: "The whole of Ukraine is under threat of a missile attack! A MiG-31K has taken off. Do not ignore the air-raid warning!"

Update: The air-raid warning was issued at 10:30 (Kyiv time). The Air Force reported that the all-clear was given at 11:57.
