Background:
- Media reports have recently indicated that drones destined for Ukraine had been stuck in Lithuanian warehouses due to red tape.
- At the end of 2024, nearly the entire newly formed Lithuanian government visited Kyiv.
- In late November, Lithuania handed over a new batch of military aid to Ukraine, which contained generators, spare parts for M113 armoured personnel carriers, weapons and ammunition.
