Russians are preparing a fake news story about an alleged Ukrainian depot of explosives in Enerhodar - Regional Military Administration

The Russian occupiers, with the help of propagandists, are preparing a fake news story about a depot housing explosives that they have allegedly found in Enerhodar in order to discredit the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Details: The Military Administration notes that this is being done to discredit the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration says that Russia is waging a powerful information war against Ukraine - many fake stories appear in the information field every day.

Background:

  • The Russians and their allies in Enerhodar, Zaporizhzhia region, began to create fake "authorities" (in the temporarily occupied territories by Russia - ed.)
  • On 8 April, it was reported that the Russian occupying forces had taken control of  "Ukrtelecom's (Ukraine's monopolist telephone company, also active in the ISP and mobile markets - ed.) premises in Enerhodar.
