Armed Forces of Ukraine shoot down a Russian helicopter in the East of Ukraine

On 19 April, Ukrainian defenders repelled 3 attacks by aggressors in the area of responsibility of the operative-tactical group "East". In particular, one Russian helicopter was destroyed in the fighting.

Quote: "The Russian fascist army continued to carry out offensive actions. Thus, on 19 April, Ukrainian defenders repelled 3 attacks by aggressors. As a result of fighting 30 personnel have been killed and the following equipment destroyed:
- tanks - 2,
- armoured vehicles/combat vehicles - 8,
- motor vehicles - 2,
- helicopter - 1.
Background: Armed Forces of Ukraine carried out a counteroffensive and knocked out the Russian occupiers from Mariinka in the Donetsk region.
As of April 19, the Russian invaders have already lost 20,800 persons, more than 2,000 armoured combat vehicles, almost 170 aeroplanes, more than 150 helicopters and more than 380 artillery systems.
