Details: The head of the regional military administration reiterated that on 24 May, 36,000 people were  left without gas in three settlements in the Luhansk region, and that the residual natural gas in the main pipes would be enough for a month and a half.

But due to the Russian shelling of the last remaining gas distribution station in the area, the gas transport system has stopped working, and the worker who controlled the equipment has suffered blast trauma.

Haidai also added that the area is still completely without electricity. There is also no centralised water supply – water is delivered by rescuers to meet the needs of the population.

Background: On 16 May, the head of the Luhansk military administration, Serhiy Haidai, reported there are gas reserves for 2 months in the Luhansk region.
