Attack on Vinnytsia: Russian propagandists claim that occupiers targeted "nazis"

Margarita Simonyan, a Russian propagandist, referring to the Ministry of Defence of Russia, claims that the missile attack on Vinnytsia which resulted in 20 civilian fatalities was launched on a "nationalist accommodation point."

Quote: "I’ve asked the Ministry of Defence what was targeted during the attack on Vinnytsia. I received the following response: "An Officer House which was a temporary accommodation point of the ‘Nazis’."

Details: It should be mentioned that Igor Konashenkov, the official representative of the Russian Defence Department, didn’t present any information about the missile attack on Vinnytsia during the daily briefing.

Background:

•       On 14 July at 11:00 AM, Russian forces launched a rocket strike on the centre of Vinnytsia.
•       3 Russian rockets hit an office centre. The Officer House and neighbouring apartment blocks have also been hit.
• A fire erupted at the site of the attack, and soon engulfed the nearby  parking lot. Nearly 50 cars were on fire.
• Volodymyr Zelenskyy, the President of Ukraine, has called this strike a terrorist attack.
• Presently there is information about 20 fatalities; around 90 people have turned to medical institutions for medical help, with nearly 50 of them being in serious condition.
