Quote from Sobolevskyi: "The occupiers are working on organising a pontoon crossing near Kherson, for which they conducted a survey of several sections of the Dnipro. The project documentation for the Antonivka Road Bridge, which they have just started searching for in the Moscow archives, is not compiled yet, and without it, it will not be possible to prepare a plan for restoration work quickly, and the result will not be so good."

Details: According to him, Russians in the occupied territories of Ukraine are beginning to feel that "they are in a foreign land, where they are not welcome at all."

Background:

  • On 19 July, the Antonivka Road Bridge was struck in occupied Kherson.
  • On the same day, it became known that the Antonivka Road Bridge in Kherson was damaged, but remained usable
  • Russian media reported that the Armed Forces of Ukraine had hit the Antonivka Road Bridge in Kherson for the second time in two days, after which the occupiers said that it should be closed.
