Up to 200 violent war crimes committed by Russian forces are documented on the territories of Ukraine that have been most recently liberated from Russian occupation. The Russians planted mines across the total area of over 70,000 square kilometres across 10 Ukrainian Oblasts.

Details: Up to 200 violent war crimes committed by Russian occupying forces are documented on the territories of Ukraine that have been most recently liberated from Russian occupation.

Mines and other explosive devices that the Russians planted across the total area of over 70,000 square kilometres across 10 Ukrainian Oblasts continue to pose a serious threat in liberated cities and villages.

"[Ukrainian] Defence Forces are taking measures to ensure the liberated hromadas [hromada is an administrative unit designating a village, several villages, or a town, and their adjacent territories] can return to peaceful life as soon as possible," the General Staff reports.
