Kharkiv Oblast: Russian forces attack Lozova, Kharkiv spared but loses power

Russian forces spared the city of Kharkiv on the night of 12–13 September, though as of this morning, Kharkiv residents report power outages and the city subway system has stopped operating.

Details: Kharkiv Metro reports that it has suspended train traffic for technical reasons.
Kharkiv residents are reporting power outages across different parts of the city.
There is also no power in the city of Derhachi and several villages in the Derhachi hromada (an administrative unit designating a village, several villages, or a town, and their adjacent territories).
Oleh Syniehubov, Head of the Kharkiv Oblast Military Administration, reports that the city of Kharkiv was not attacked overnight.
"However, the enemy fired on the city of Lozova around 03:00 in the morning, hitting an educational establishment and causing a fire. Information about casualties has yet to be confirmed," he wrote.
Over the course of the past 24 hours, Russian forces extensively shelled the city of Kharkiv and the Kharkiv, Chuhuiv and Kupiansk districts of Kharkiv Oblast.
The Centre for Emergency Medical Aid reports that one civilian was killed and six were injured in the city of Kharkiv on 12 September. Another civilian was injured in the Izium district. Two others sustained injuries in the Kharkiv district, one of them blew up on a mine in Ruski Tyshky. In addition, two civilians were killed in the Kupiansk district.
Quote from Syniehubov: "The occupiers’ war crimes are being documented on the liberated territories [of Kharkiv Oblast]; mines [planted by the Russian occupiers] continue to pose a serious threat. Our armed forces, police, and the State Emergency Service are taking measures to ensure [the liberated] territories can return to a peaceful life."
